We specialise in designing and manufacturing lighting equipment for the specification market. We employ approximately 470 people and although each company works autonomously, our skills and markets are complementary. Our focus is for long term growth and stability achieved by developing market leading products backed by excellent customer service.
Our products are sold throughout the world. The Group management team is passionate about developing the business for the benefit of the shareholders, employees and customers. With the energy and ability of our staff we look forward to the future with enthusiasm.
Thorlux Lighting
The history of Thorlux Lighting began in 1936 when Frederick William Thorpe started producing "Thorlux" circular reflectors in his workshop in Birmingham, Central England. Product quality and innovation assisted the Company's rapid growth. Today, with a wealth of experience, Thorlux designs, manufactures and supplies a vast array of professional lighting systems to customers all around the world. The modern 15,000 square metre factory in Redditch, England, is equipped with highly technical manufacturing processes enabling this business to meet even the toughest lighting challenges.
